Free aids and services
We provide free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats. We provide free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages. How to file a grievance
If you believe that TMS Boulder has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability, you can file a grievance by phone at (720) 833-4948 or by mail to TMS Boulder, Attn: Grievances, 1919 14th St, Suite 700, Boulder, CO 80302. If you need help filing a grievance, our team is available to help you.
