About Dr. Kromka
Dr. Kromka founded TMS Boulder so that Boulder County patients would not have to choose between the drive to Denver and going without the treatments that follow medication. A Colorado native and a CU Boulder graduate, he placed the clinic one block from Pearl Street and built its model around access: evaluations by secure video from anywhere in the county, in-person TMS, accelerated iTBS, SPRAVATO®, and ketamine therapy downtown, and accelerated scheduling for patients traveling in.
His practice starts from a comprehensive understanding of each person's situation and proceeds by shared decision-making, drawing on the full range of evidence-based care — psychotherapy, medications, exercise and nutrition, and interventional treatments including ECT, ketamine and esketamine, and TMS. Patients can expect plain explanations of what the evidence shows, symptom scores tracked through every course, and a physician who will say when a treatment is not the right fit.
Outside the clinic Dr. Kromka spends his free time in the mountains — hiking, backpacking, and snowboarding — and also enjoys golf, scuba diving, travel, trying new foods, and time with friends, family, and his three cats.
